Is ripping me off!

I approved a cost strategy with Goal National Bank in April. I had been to pay for them $47.00/month to pay for my stability right down to zero. Well, it's the finish of the 3 months, I logged-on to ensure anything was good-and the consideration was shut, but to my shock, my stability was $171.75!!!
