Suing me over [non-existent] internet loan

I was called on my cell phone by Jonathan David (who had an east Indian accent) and was asked for my attorney's name and number, as I was being sued. He refused to give me any information, except that he was in Los Angeles and gave me a La Jolla, CA, phone number so I could talk with senior attorney. The "senior attorney, " Andy Hunt (who also had an east Indian or possibly Pakistani accent), after much prodding, told me I had three charges against me, all felonies, because of an internet loan, for which I now owed $975.65, on an original amount of $300. If I didn't pay it immediately, Mr. Hunt was going to call my employer and garnish my wages, and mentioned several other possible income sources, such as child suppport and SSI, among others, that he would take money from. I went to my bank and found that there was no such loan from an internet source during the month Mr. Hunt mentioned, and no bounced echecks. Since Mr. Hunt had my bank name, account number, and even Social Security number, I have closed that account and reported this to the FBI. Please contact your local FBI office if these people call you with threats.
