The owner and sole representative is Richard aka Rich Perez and he will come do the inspection for you and blab on about the Lord and other good stuff and afterwards he will take your check and state that he will deliver a report to your email or fax. FRAUD! This man never delivers anything and he cashes your check! Ripoff beware!!!
