Warning.! Steven sears defrauding his clients his revoked broker license

I was looking for an honest real estate broker to settle my debts and stop foreclosure on my home. I went to Steven Sears as he advertises, as a real estate broker, attorney and a CPA. I paid him $250 for a preliminary consultation. His advice was completely to defraud my creditors and probably I could have ended up in jail if I had followed his advice.

His advice was for me to transfer all my unforeclosed properties into one of his "Defunct Corporatons" so the creditors don't know about it, when I asked him what would I say in court, he said deny ownership. StevenSears's advice is basically to commit perjury and deny any ownership interest in any of the new companies that he recommended for me to puchase. I didn't feel comfortable with his advice and I got a second opinion and here icomes the SHOCKING NEWS... The second opinion attorney gave me the following:

1) Steven Sears is under IRS criminal investigation case no: 08-56899. IRS has summoned Steven Sears bank records and his fictious companies.
2) Steven Sears practices and advertises as a Real Estate Broker in the internet when his license was revoked effecitve December 15 due to a CRIMINAl CONVICTION— Real Estate case number H-34395
3) Steven Sears was criminally convicted according to the court records due to his willful infliction of corporal injury on a spouse. Cohabitant. Etc. Case number 05SF1322
4) Steven Sears' CPA license was put on suspension due to not paying childsupport - contact the CPA Board of accountancy
5) The California State bar has filed Disciplinary Charges against Steven Sears alleging misconduct (according to the California State bar website) in multiple separate actions involving fraud against nine separate clients. Please go to calbar under Steven Sears and read the scheme to defraud.
6) Steven Sears according to the Harbor Justice court records was placed on probation and has served 90 days in Jail.
7) A criminal restraining order was filed and it's still in effect by the Orange County District Attorney against him.
8) According to an Article in Orange County Weekly magazine dated February 22, Steven Sears has multiple children from multiple women same time. All women live in his properties that he owns and controls.
9) A Federal lawsuit case was filed against Steven Sears in Federal Court named Aslam Shaw v. Steven Sears, et al.

The list goes on and on and on...

My question is now in light of what we know so far, I wonder what we don't know about this guy?

Please before you hire that person verify all this information then make your decision. It seems like that if you want to be next in line to be criminally investigatated by the IRS, hire Steven Sears and you will regret it for the rest of your life. Do yourself a favor and don't come near Steven Sears.
