This is appears to be more Internet thieves who have gotten a hold of people's Credit Card info, or Debit card info. They hope that most people won't notice a $12.00 charge on their account, or won't go through the trouble to find out what or whom it is.
Don't let them get away with it!
Contact your bank, have them do the work to track them down.
