Stole money from my account unauthorized and refuses to give it back

I entered into the Debt settlement program with 1st financial to help me with some outstanding credit card debt. However they have not performed any service what so ever. They never answer the phone and never call back when I leave a message. I have come to find out they took $900 from my trus account for a loan Modification service which I never asked for. When I finally got someone on the phone named Thomas Billie he said it was a computer glitch and he would have the charge reversed.

This was 6 weeks ago and I still have not been given back the money. I was told they would issue a full refund because they have not worked on my file yet even attempted to settle a debt. I have been sued now by one of my creditors and they refused to help. Every time I call there after many calls they do not have a record of a refund and I have had to go thru the same routine or explaning that I do not need a modification on my mortgage and I should never have been charged. Yet they still refuse to return the money.

I have done some checking on the owner Roger Wayne Morgan He is out on bail for 28 counts of fraud he has been arrested because he broke into a movie theater and stole $400 in rolled quarters. Then he moved to Florida, where he stole from a cash register, was charged with armed kidnapping in connection with a botched ecstasy deal.
Do not use this company they are up to no good and will only put you in a worse position.
