Unsecured Line - RBSL - Took 3k, never produced any funds, and still soliciting more

These guys are pathetic.

I contacted the company and purchased services for $350 or so dollars. As soon as I did that, it took a couple of days, but in a follow-up call, they heavily suggested getting an optimizer report. Cost was $2500.

Took a couple of days, I read the fine print, and called with a few questions.

I purchased the report, which told me... Drum roll please...

"PAY DOWN YOUR EXISTING LINES" and change a saic governement code.

What a joke! If I could pay down existing lines, why would I be searching for more lines of credit. All I wanted to do was lower a rate, and after lengthy discussions, even I got ripped off.

OH - they said they would not be "hitting my credit" - which they did in order to do their Optimizer report.

I called and requested a refund for the report - and have been told TWICE, that someone will get back to me. Nothing. They (supervisor said his name was Chuck) even confirmed on the phone that they did not follow-up after my initial request.

My credit score has gone down from 720, and i was issued nothing in the way of new credit.

I just requested a charge back from American Express as a refund as I was not able to resolve directly with the company.

Stay away from this company!
