I had been billed twice for that same support $636. I had been informed they created an error and might credit back the cost. It's happening 3weeks, and not got the credit. They're now-not actually getting my calls anymore. Totally unprofessional and liars. Where on the planet does it consider 3weeks to set up a credit. It just required them 2days to consider the cash.
