Said I took a loan out for $300.00 and never paid it back, said it was theft with criminal intent

I received a phone call yesterday 7/27/2209 from 941-961-8518 which went to my voice mail. When I went to check my voice mail, I couldn't understand what the caller was saying because of such a thick heavy accent, so I just ignored the voice mail. This morning at 9:17am est I received a call from the same number and let it go to voice mail. I went to go check my voice messages and sounded like the same caller from before and said I should call 818-451-4026. I called this number back and the man that answered the phone had a very thick heavy foreign accent and said that I took a loan out for $300 and never paid it back and that it was theft with criminal intent. I asked this man, who was this loan through and all he could say was cashnet. I told him that I have no business with such company. He said he had all the proof there. I again told him, I have or never had any loan with cashnet. He said that I should get an attorney and have my attorney call him. I asked him the name of his company and he said Monetary Crimes Division. I said, that is the name of your company? He said yes. I asked him if I was being scammed. He said what? I said am I being scammed? He got real defensive and said have your attorney call me because I am sendin g a sherriff to your house tomorrow and hung up the phone. I went to white pages.com and both of these numbers are non-published which I find to be odd for a business. This is a big scam going on here and they need to be stopped.
