President Steve Caruso is an idiot

Recently our company looked at a memorandum that ImageDoc is putting out in reference to a PPM. Company looks interesting, but when I ran a FINRA report and asked about about the player, it seems Steve Caruso who is acting President is listed as an investment banker but looking at his FINRA, he can't take care of his own finances.

He has charm, but when you get down to it, he is just an idiot.
