Fraud, misrepresented themselves as a baking instuitution

I was left a message on my answering machine From check resolution stating that they were contacting me before delivering a bench warrent for some financial deliquencies from my bank.

I contacted my bank. My bank called the number and said would only speak to me. I called and was told that my attorney handled it already. (note I never contacted an attorney). I asked to speak to the woman who had called she wasnt in that office. He would not disclose what office she was in. I asked for a federal Id and was asked "what is that?" Then told me they dont disclose that either. I was then told that if I called his office again he would press charges against me for harrasment..
