Ripoff THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS artists Nationwide

First of all my husband and I refinanced our home about a year and a half ago. Our mortgage to was sold to Ocwen and then about a year ago our problems began. To begin with we recieved a letter saying that we were in default because our prpoerty taxes had not been paid but they had been - I then had to go to our county administration building and have reciepts copied and mailed to them.

Next they got us with saying that our home had no insurance and we had insurance but they purchased a policy anyway and added 450.50 to our account even though our insurance company had sent them numerous copies of the declaration page as proof. They claimed they never recieved any of them. They don't even have my social security number correct and I have given it to them several times but it still has not been corrected.

Then right before December we all of a sudden started getting letters talking about forclosure and saying we were in default. I called and kept getting the run around, I was badgered and told how my husband and I were low life deadbeats that didn't pay our bills (funny thing is I just renewed our insurance and after a credit check our rate was reduced because of our credit rating hmmm, must not be to bad at getting my bills done otherwise this wouldnt have happened)

Anyway, I called and called each time no resolution we were finally forced into a forbearance and had to up our payments to 640.00 per month and that isnt over yet, but the funny thing is during one of the first calls I made the "agent" couldnt seem to find any discrepencies in our loan as far as our payments went, so when I called them on it he suddenly said and I quote"Oh no I made a mistake here is where you were late, " and he went on to say well you were late this month and then you were late here and etc... Needless to say once again I just got my statement from this month and suddenly I have incurred an additional 700.00 in charges for supposed attorneys fees and not only that they added a property inspection and valuation fees.

Ok no one ever came here and inspected my home I know this to be a fact because first of all I am disabled and do not work so I am home pretty much nearly 24/7 and when I confronted them with this all they can do is note my account as to what I say but the thing is they say that this is supposed to have been a drive by first of all - well that's impossible because my home is VERY off road and private and secondly I then told them this and asked for a supervisor but was hung up on, I call back explain this again and am told that someone was to have driven out and walked around my property to check for abandonment or damages well first of all no one ever drove down here, secondly if they had my security surveillance would have picked it up, third if a stranger had gotten out of a car my dog would have ripped them apart, and last of all I would have seen them.

So now we are getting charged for services that never happened. These people have tried every way paoosible to attack me and my husband and are trying every thing to get our home. I STRONGLY advise anyone who deals with this bank to get out of there and get out fast. I am in the process now of seeking attorneys and refinancing. Please be very careful if you have your home financed here - I suggest you get away as soon as you possibly can. I have bank statements and other documents to show this - THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS!!!
