Federal Bank ripoff abused & mistreated USA

Orlando/West Palm Beach...

I was employed by Ocwen Federal Bank for past 6 years. I was fortunate to resign unlike my co-workers and supervisors that are targeted by Tom Melchionna and Traci Becker. HR has allowed them free rein to target and get rid of High Salary employees due to the loans being serviced in India. I was a Loan Resolution Consultant in the foreclosure department besides a supervisor in collections dept and saw Illegal plans written up by employees and they were paid commission for these by Ocwen.

There has been sexual harrassment by Traci Becker as well as threats by Tom Melchionna and former manager Hillary Zaragosa. She was ask to resign due to her threats and complaints of sexual harrassment to employees. T here are numerous employees current and ex employees that are witness to all this happening at Ocwen Federal Bank. I am up for rehire but I can tell you this and to all the customers that are being ripped off and current employees. I am through with all the lies I had to use to keep my position.

I would sit with the highest management team at lunch and listen to how they were going to handle all the ways the customers were cheated and harrassed from the numerous calls they would get each day and it was up to 5 calls a day to a customer. Shame on you Ocwen as im telling the real truth about you. I will help any customer in a court of law that feels they have been a victim with Ocwen Federal Bank of bad practice.
