MG Credit is violating my rights

The corporation happens to be confirming dangerous and harmful info to my credit history. They're trying to gather a debt for Baileys Powerhouse Gym, but when I've required they supply me paperwork demonstrating that I really owe this debt to MG Credit numerous occasions, they've been incapable and reluctant to supply this paperwork in my experience. Today I've adopted all the regulations that controls debt collectors similar to this one plus they are obviously breaking my privileges like a customer. I've had my lawyer also contact them just for them to WOn't offer real evidence.

All I Have been trying to do is manage this, but I-do not owe this organization anything. They're destroying my credit score that I Have worked very difficult to retain in very good condition. These kinds of businesses should not be permitted to record this kind of dangerous data to credit bureas, particularly if they've no legitimate to your debt. I spend my expenses, but I don't owe the corporation anything.
