NCO Financial
I paid NCO for my student loan. They kept my money and didn't not pay the DOE! Philadelphia, Pennsylvania nationwide

Business & Finance

I was contacted by NCO at my workplace and they were really nasty. They had me in tears, threatening to garnish my wages and yelling at me. I finally agreed to a payment plan with them for an old student loan debt @ about $80 a month, taken directly from my checking account. I paid all payments as agreed but they never sent me the settlement letter, as they had promised. I do have records from my bank to prove that I paid these payments to them. Then come to find out, that same student loan has been resold to several agencies since NCO never settled the debt. The new debt companies continue to abuse me, my family etc. To settle a debt that was supposed to be paid through NCO. These scumbags just kept my hard earned money and never paid the debt. Are there any attorneys that can help or class action suits in FL? I know they have been sued in other states for fraudelent acts.
