They RipOff My Principal And Applied It To There Interest

GE Money Bank only has a phone in pay system called speed pay i phone my payments in every monuth the same way in June I made my payment just to find out in July's statement they said the wrong account number where wrong wich was Bull S#*& they did this just to take the whole payment of $370.77 and applied to interest and not my principal i lost $128.00 of principal and it was there fault they are stealing if anybody out there has had this happen to them please raise hell they need to be stoped they are thives
