Failure to honor contract, service worthless

Pointe Pest Control intentionally doesn't recognize its contract and intentionally ignores the termination procedures of its agreement. BEWARE, don't conduct business with one of these individuals in case your expectancy is they'll recognize the things they place in writing.

They disregard the termination procedures of the agreement. Despite they obtain regular fax, e-mail, mail and telephone termination updates, and recognize same in telephone calls, they keep placing through unauthorized charges. The things they require are class-action fits to place them from company.
