Charged visa credit card without my knowledge

I have been charged 29.95 to my visa credit card for the last two months, from a company called manstermed.com, i have never heard of then until i looked them up on the internet, it is a fraud! I dont know how these people can get away with it! I am not the only one who has had this problem, alot of people have had the same thing happen to them!
