Loan mod ripoff bn since jan

We payed the Federal Loan Modification &1495.00. The first payment was 700.00 and the second payment 795.00.

They had us send in a bunch of documents and said we qualified. We kept calling because we were getting foreclosure letters from our bank and the courts.

They said disregard them we're taking care of it. We kept calling and we would get shifted person to person, never the same one twice.

Then eventually they quit answering all together. Then a couple a weeks ago the guy that took care of the transactions called and said it was a scam and sent me an e-mail where a district judge of California shut them down.

Nuri March he said to call and the bank would put our money back on there the same day. Well the bank said its been longer than 100 days so we would have to get a lawyer to get our money back.

They are getting ready to sell our house in a sherriffs auction. I think the company needs to pay our money back with extra for our suffering and all the trouble they caused us.
