This company should not get any away with any of this harassing ripoff

About 6 months ago I received a letter from National Check Control stating I owed over $ 1,000.00 to their company for bad checks wrote to the same business in 1999.

Whenever I called for information and asked for the a copy of the checks and more information they began telling me and my finacee who was due any due that we were low lifes and did not deserve nothing and that we would have to move to another state and change our names because I did not pay it off.

So two weeks after the first letter I received another one for a totally different amount. And my finace received another call from them and whenever she told them I was not home he began to tell her that our children would not a life or a good christmas with me behind bars. And telling her the children or her will never see me again. I then got a hold of my lawyer and he called them and they never again contacted me. This company should not get any away with any of this harassing.
