Charging when account was cancelled

I terminated the consideration with credit owner in dec. Since that time I had been billed until may without my realizing till I had been billed an overlimit charge from my lender due to that sudden deal. I'm still waiting the outcomes today september to determine when the will pay me for the cash I had been billed. The sum total such as the late charges is just a whole of $129.00. I've 2 termination figures for that same consideration and so I better get my cash back.
