I thought I ordered the grants funing search temp membership. I paid 1.95 for a info CD that I never got. Once you pay for the CD. You get a automatic confirmation with a code. You don't get an email confirming or reminding you of your access. I did it on teh 4/22 an 5/18 they took 69.95 stating that it was to be cancelling with in the seven days. I told them i will call every hour on teh hour for my money back. I talked to 2 managers and operators. THey keep saying they can't refund my money. I told them I am filing a complaint. THere is no reason why they won't refund when it is clearly not in their window nor in mine. I will keep calling. They are not honest and can not even mail me CD that I was suppose to get to research!!!
