Scam, Harrass, Pushy, False Claims, Violates DNC, Exaggerates Profits, May be violating SEC Regulations

Texas Allied Petroleum exaggerates its claims, preys on unaccredited investors and constantly violates the National Do Not Call List (DNC).

It would seem this company is operating outside SEC regulations in some way. What I do know is that I am not accredited and they have contacted me on several occasions, despite numerous requests to be removed from their calling list and reminders that my number is on the National DNC. I finally accepted their prospectus just to waste as much of their time as they have mine.

Investments are meant to be considered very carefully, not decided on overnight. And definitely not to be sold by pushy, rude, uneducated telemarketers who try to get you to make a decision on the spot. The returns they claim are unrealistic. I have serious doubts that they "do what they say they will do" as the telemarketer claimed to me so many times. Consumers beware!
