I lost my properties to bankruptcy in 2005 this company reported false information on a property that was included on my credit report and has cost me thousands! Usa

I was a builder and lost my properties in the 2005 range and got relief through bankruptcy code #7. The properties and taxes by law in the state of kansas were responsibility of the lender once they were forfeited in the bankruptcy. This jerks say i owe $1000 plus and attached that to my credit report in 2007 on something i legally am not obligated to pay... I am sure i am not the only person who has been cost thousands and received higher interest and fees as a result. I believe a class action suit is in order. I have not included my legal name to protect my identity but my cell is 7xx-xxx-xxxx (redacated)
