Is suing me a month before the 7 years grace forgivness is up

I paid these guys off 7 years ago. I have not heard a word from them since I did. Now they are taking me to court a month before the 7 years is up to sue me. What is up with these people. I tried to contact the owner of the company through his blog and it turns out it is another man who goes by the same name.

I personally will not respond to this type of petty threats from such a well known rip off company according to all the negative feedback I have been seeing about them. I have no clue what they are going after, but if all these other reports are true, looks like they are going to go after me with some hidden charge they did not disclose upon my closing the account.
Just for your information (to the reader) my credit score is still a 7.0
