This guy is a total scam. We checked this report 2 months ago when we started down this path with this guy and nothing, now there are a ton. We all got scammed at the same time. Hopefully his money train has slowed down now that there are some voices of warning! We were HYPER-SENSITIVE to these scams and still got hosed. He came out for a "site-visit" but didn't even bother going to the site. He just wanted to have breakfeast and shoot the crap. We were very uneasy about it but he had already collected the "fee" ($7500). Do NOT bother with this con-artist!
