Frauded me in sending them money to get a loan

I had applied for a loan on 6/09 for 5000 they told i was approved and that i had to send them a deposit of 600.00 which i did i send it moneygram to a lady in canada after i did the guy told me that i would get my loan the next day. Then i got a called from customer service stating that they checked my credit and i need an additonal 600.00 which i told them that i can't i that i wanted my money back and they said they would send it but that it takes 30 days and i should recieved it by the 20th but now i try to call the number is no longer working. So they got me. So i am wondering can we do something about this. This was my rent money and it put me back
