Business Funding SCAM, Dishonest Business owne

In Nov. My partners in I conferenced with Eddie Contreraz and partners of Consult Allied in regards of Business funding of $150K. Eddie boosted about his experience in the finance industry and how that are having great success getting clients funded, he even mentioned that they had over 100 files in his client base. They offered us a chance to received priority and expedited service for an upfront fee of $10K and the other fees on the back end. (in addition weekly updates and reports) He promised to have us funded prior to Dec 25. We decided to move forwarded and paid the fee.

As the the 25th of December got closer, my partners and I phone calls were not returned nor were emails answered. His secretary would put us on hold and return minutes later stating Eddie was in a meeting or just left the office. (We all know what that means) There was absolutely NO communication in his part. December 25th came and went and still no response.

Months later (Feb) after numerous emails and phone messages left to Eddie and his staff, he decides to take my call. He mentions how his company can not produce any results and that he never had the resources to provide business funding, that he. Was basically relying on outsources. (note first paragraph) Actually, he had the audcity to ask clients or referrals that may be in need personal funding. Nevertheless, Eddie apologized and promised to refund 100% of the money.

As of today (July) Eddie Contreraz of Consult Allied has not refunded a dime to my partners and I. He has not returned phone calls or emails. They have also obtained a F rating with BBB. I guess all the files havent caught up to him as of yet. The sad part is I thought he was an honest business person and would at least make right with a refund versus running. He has made no effort what so ever to refund a cent.
