Well i was being sued from Scechtman Halperin savage LLp and I had to got to court on feb 19th but they didn't showed and HFC didn't show up. I am paying HFC faithfully every week which is 20 and now i got a letter stating they are trying to put a lien on me when i have been paying them faithfully and I am planning on going to court tomorrow to let them know they can't get away with it. The interest was suppose to have stopped in dec and now they charged me more interest. They are in contempt of court because i even sent them a ceist and decease letter also. What do you think it is going to happen. Can they put them in jail for harassing us people are paying a little each week
