We sent our SUV to Strauss for new back tires and the mechanic broke off one of the lug nuts. We had to pay for the lug nut they broke and an additional $41.00 for labor. My husband and I feel we already brought new tires we were there for them to put them on (Simple enough for those that know what they are doing.) Strauss should of owned up to their poor work and should of been glad to replace that part they broke without charging it to the customer after all they broke it. It is not even the money but the principle of the whole thing. Now I wouldn't ever bring my car back to that place. And everyone I know that ever went there will know this story. Also even the Vehicle information was wrong on the receipt the year and color of the car was incorrect. Did Strauss know what car they were working on?

Broke plastic wheel cap, said it was already broke, underinflated tires almost caused accident, didn't check back tires-they were bad also, cost more to replace them when I noticed they were bad
