Ripoff. But thx to you guys

Just yesterday I went to check my credit card balance online when I came across an unauthorized charge of $79.95 from Cic Credit Monitor having not known about this charge i immediately put the name of this charge into a Search engine and that's when I saw all the complaints against them at this site FOR THE EXACT SAME THING!!!

But not only did I find other ppl getting screwed by this company like myself but i also found that they (the company in question) angered the BBB and these ppl who were being screwed also gave info on how to reverse the $79.95 charge thru the very same company i was getting screwed by.

So to sum it up I'd like to thank the people who write to this website (especially those who wrote about this company) for not only bringing information out into the open about businesses who are out to treat their customers in a less than fair manner but also for giving information on exactly how fix the problem at hand.

My hat is off to you (and this website).
