Desceptive billing

The same occurred in my experience! I required and taken care of info on one telephone number. Per week later my charge card was charged for 19.95 to get a "membership"! I never activated to something then I had been billed again in July 19.95. I'd like all my credit info taken off your documents which means you cannot fraudulently charge my card again. I've also exposed a for this cost with my charge card organization and documented one to the Washington State Attorney General. I'd like the Costs corrected I keep calling the telephone numbers but am informed your telephone program is along and also to keep a note.
