I am being charged 24.99 for valuemax123. I don't know what this is and I didn't authorize this charge. When I tried to call the phone number on my credit card, they ask for my phone number or credit card number. When I enter my phone number I am told it is wrong, The card number they ask for is missing and has been reported as such. I want these charges stopped. They also ask for a memebership number that I do not have as I didn't create this account. How do I stop this, when I don't have the information they need?
