Fradulent Use of Debit

I recently was approached by my lender regarding 2 separte costs on my bank account, INCH for Intelius for $19.95 and also the additional through MVQ24Pro for $19.95. After I approached these so-called businesses I had been informed that I'd obtain my reimbursement in 2-3 times. After that time interval with no reimbursement I approached them again and today I had been informed it had been 5-7 times and also the other was 3-5 days. WTH?!? Each is? I doubt I'll be obtaining a reimbursement on this fraudlent utilization of my bank card and my lender understands this. I'm also calling the BBB with this scenario as well as the customer support that I obtained from these "businesses".intelius customer support was AWEFUL and that I was actually ashamed for them! Another was the same. Outrageous! Intelius began aruging with me after I informed her that I had been calling the BBB. Can you think that? When you have complaints. CONTACT THE BBB and enables try to close them along from achieving this is additional innocent subjects!
