Another rip-off. Took our money $195.00. These people have got to be stopped. Can not get in touch with them

Another rip off from Data Money Oline. They took our $195.00, but when tried to log on to the site we could not get it to come up. We called and called but have yet to get in touch with anyone. Seems the phone is always busy.
We have reported this to our bank and they are looking into it.
