Mortgage Delays

I formerly requested a mortgage with DiTech in 2006 and had no problems. I used again together last year. They assured me they might shut on my home within thirty days assuming I provided them with the required paperwork. It's now been nearly 45 times and we still have yet to shut. They constantly consult me for that same files which were previously delivered to them months before (evidently they cannot find them). They planned an evaluation on my home which for whatever reason, didn't get finished, and weren't conscious that their appraiser did not finish it till I named 8 nights later to confirm the statement. Then they purchase it again and inform me it'll be expedited (24 hours). 4 Four nights later also it ultimately gets back again to them. Nowadays they call again and inform me they're "lacking" files and require me to resend for them that we do instantly. I hired my house out let's assume that DiTech might shut about the home inside the thirty days. Our tenant moved in after 42 times and that I am today caught residing in a resort awaiting these folks to shut about the home. Whenever you contact, you are able to never get a solution. The document is definitely being examined by somebody.

Damage Causing

My loved ones and that I have experienced to put our products in storage ($300), have experienced in which to stay a resort today for a lot more than 2 weeks ($2,000) and certainly will need to spend the transferring business to get material from storage ($600).
