Omni Financial
Took 10,000 dollars from me and I recieved very poor service

Omni Financial took my money to help settle my tax debt. I paid them over 10,000 dollards. Got nothing for my money.
In April my money was short. My phone was disconnected. They did not contact me by mail, until 1 day before they closed my file out for no contact.
They dated a letter to me on April 29, closed my file on April 30.
I recieved the letter on May 4.
I tried to contact them on May4 they would not talk with me.
I was told customer service would contact me. I have not been contacted by anyone.
