Corp ripoff business from hell San Jose

Household finance corp is a nightmare to deal with. They respond to complaints by telling you that "we don't have anything to do with that branch of the company", then proceed to ignore any requests to straighten out their records. I have been harrassed by their collections dept 7 days a week, up to four times a day for weeks at a time when my account was not in arrears! The blossom hill branch office will do nothing, and the collections will do nothing.

To add insult to injury, they withold credit for my checks until they are a month late or more, then they deposit them all at once; assessing a $15.00 late fee. This happens every month like clockwork. I no longer believe this to be an error. I think its deliberate to line their pockets. I believe ive paid over$200.00 in late fees this last year and this year altogether.
