Debited my bank account using 4 different times using 4 separate numbers all in one month It Appears To Be

My husband suffered a stroke and was not mentally capable of handling his affairs completely but had to be at work as he owns his own business. A few days later there were representatives from EVO and MBF Leasing that came into his shop to speak with them about accepting credit cards. He told them repeatedly that he was not interested. They however would not give up in the course of 4 days they visited him 3 times.

He eventually gave in due to his weakened condition. We were told that there would be one fee withdrawn from the account. We got our first bank statement and there was 4 separate fees withdrawn from the account. We tried at that time to stop everything but were told it was too late.

My husband is 64, and I am 70 years old and I have to still work full time to make it from week to week. I feel sure that part of the reason that these people were so persistent with my husband and myself was the fact that we are both as old as we are.

I hope that something can be done about these people taking advantage of the working class businessman.
