Extra charges on debit card

I'd 5 costs on my bank card after purchasing 4 cards for $2 an item. There is merely a incomplete telephone number on my bank statement and so i couldn't contact pp. I named my debit card provider and so they did a conferendce phone along with the man from pp informed us some song and dance our acct could be credited by bla, bla, bla. My part advised him i employed a bank card and that i must have been given credit instantly. They mentioned payment cycles but i actually do believe my aspect worked it out.
