They have charged my account a total of three times in the amount of 99.00$ AND NOW I AM OVERDRAWN ON MY ACCOUNT

I recently noticed that someone kept charging 99.00 dollars thorugh my checking acct. I found out today that it was this company that i did not authorize to use my account... I am sitting here with a copy of the check that is suppose to be preauthorized and this is bull*!!! Help who can i call how can i get my money back... Call my local sheriff?
