I received this card within the email. Named to determine exactly what the card was about. Believed that I inadvertently triggered the card. Didn't desire to be billed for anything I never desired. Named to verify that used to do not trigger the card and was informed that used to do not. Obtained a cost on my banking account along with a "Welcome" box. Named to protest that I had been informed it had been never triggered and that I was billed without my agreement. Was informed that I'd not and may not get that charge of $79.00 bucks back. But was informed they wouldn't cost me the rest of the yearly charge of $189.00 and that I might be completed. Therefore essentially they allow you to get using the service charge and not give it back.
