Loan modification

I posted to get a mortgage loan modification on my home loan on 1/12.By today I've obtained only demands for that same info again and again. They needed me to include my insurance and fees to my home loan consideration, stated it had been area of the mortgage loan modification acceptance needs, and so I decided... These 2 impounds weren't needed after I got the mortgage. This necessity IMPROVED my monthly obligations in the place of reducing them, whilst the change to get a decrease hasn't been accepted yet. It's been nearly six months plus they are NEVERTHELESS researching my document, I contact every 14 days. Has ANYBODY gotten their home loan change finished by Wells Fargo yet? They guarantee me that a large number of clients have. I don't think it. I'm attempting to maintain present but this last setback, where they increased my cost over $200 per month to include the insurance and fees has set me outrageous... I'll maintain standard quickly. I attempted to become positive after I dropped my work and had the impairment however it hasn't exercised. I would like to understand, I believe they're lying to us. Lets start anything moving. I sent John McCain, my legislator, but got no solution back. Linda
