The front-man in the scam is the VP of Investor Relations, Mr. Gary Moss (2077 Marquesas Ave., Tega Cay, SC 29708) conducting business out of an office in his garage. To date, almost 700 investors worldwide have been bilked out of nearly $20 million dollars.

Outlandish investment returns that Mr. Moss promises never materialize and the company flounders endlessly with no hope of actual prosperity. Originally founded in 1997 by Clarence P. Groff while he was under a 'cease and desist' order from the SEC for investor fraud, BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. Continues to defraud investors, suppress the truth from the Google search engine and serve only as a public menace and monument to global investment scam artistry.
