Debt Settlement USA
Failure to launch Phoenix

Business & Finance

We have been in the predicament that so many people have found themselves in, credit cards aplenty with high interest rates and no payoff in sight.

So we entered into the on line agreement with Debt Settlement USA at the outrageous fee of $750 each month since Feb. At the time that fee didn't seem as high as the payments going out so, it was a balance.

Of course we began to recieve calls from the card companies and each time I suggested we were with the Debt company it was the same story; we don't have anything on file from them.

Then came a collection company, so we rang up our negotiator who promptly advised he would send out a Power Of Attorney and it would stop; we are up to number 4 and it still goes on even though I called the Settlement co.

I sent them a formal letter stating their failures, I also stopped payment at my bank and funny thing, they are now trying to call me. Most likely because I demanded my money back.

Thus my advise to anyone out there who is thinking about a "way out", perform due investigation before you ever accept the word of a company promising you a way to relief your stress... All we now have is stress.

We've actually found a company who really is a non profit and we hope this is our last encounter with "failure to launch"
