Unauthorized charges

I noticed in my bank statements a charge of 14.95 that I didn't buy. Digging a little further, I found that this company has been charging me for the last 4 months that price. I googled them, which lead me to this site. I read a few of the postings and found some useful information. Someone said to call this number (800) 444-9491 and complain to the manager. I guess enough people have done that because when I called, the phone rep took care of the issue. She terminated my account and said that I should see my money back in 1-3 business days. We'll see...
