Hello,
I went to the GA BAr website to attempt to file a formal complaint against the below Attorney:

Complaint:
I would like to obtain information on formally filing a complaint against Housematch and it's representative L.W. Dupard Esq. GA-Bar # 234760 whom acted as a opportunity investor for this company. He initiated a sexual relationship and directed me in creating a lease buyer contract that he agreed to cover the initial down payment of $4,000 some odd dollars. He moved me into the home which I have lived in for several months with no payments on my part. When I ended the relationship he refused to pay balance and took me to court and is having me evicted on 7/9/08, after having me served with a eviction notice demanding over $6,000 in seven days. Needless to say it is impossible for me to come up with such a large sum in this short period of time. I realize that it will be my word against his: however, I do have proof of our sexual relationship during this period of time. I believe that he intentionally defrauded me after I refused to continue to see him on a sexual manner. I have also submitted documentation to The better Business Bureau, the GA Bar, and the Attorney Generals Office. I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide on this matter. I am a single mother and grandmother with custody of my grandchildren. Mr. Dupard knows that it will be a financial hardship for me to pursue legal representation on this matter and did not expect me to take the matter further.
I am curious to see if he has done the same thing to other unexpected females.
I have submitted letters to the BBB, USCP, and Attorney Generals Office. I want to make sure he is not able to do this to anyone else.
I would appreciate any assistance that you are able to provide in assisting me in getting justice on this matter.
