Delbert took money through paypal for me but when i went to dispute it he had closed the account down and now will not answer his phone its been months he is a scammer don't let him fool you that he has not taken money I went to the authorities since paypal would not be able to get my money and hopefully they will get my money back. I have tried to call the person he told us he was using to get our lines of credit and she does not answer or return calls. He has done it to alot of people i know of at least 6 people that have been scammed by this guy thats how he makes his living.
