Deposit Request

I've been with ComED roughly annually today. Until lately my expenses were usually compensated promptly. Nevertheless, such as the remaining economy I dropped upon crisis, and started late payments. Though Our funds were late my stability hasn't realized $200. Once I shifted to a different area inside the same town, they delivered a request me to pay for $400 extra to my revolving statement like a deposit. I find this completely absurd and insensative to get a them to actually enforce any such thing. Clearly if my funds are arriving only a little later than anticipated, Im behind and certainly will not manage to pay for more money on top of my normal monthly statements. This really is distrurbing because of the reality Im monopolized by them-and can't merely change businesses. Somebody please inform me what am I to complete?
