We signed up for the free credit report with a guarantee to cancel whenever we wished. I cancelled by e-mail on the 5th of May and received and e-mail on the 7th requesting more information (personal info they already had) and on the 8th they took $79.95 out of our account. When the debit was made we ended up overdrawn and an NSF charge of $32.00!
